(“the Website”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms &
Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this Website under the
supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to
use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not
infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Website
by anyone else.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as
accurately as possible. However, as each Clayfeast piece is handmade,
slight variations in colour, shape, size, and finish are natural and
expected — not defects.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change
without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing
errors, even after an order has been placed. For customers ordering
from outside India, your bank or card provider may convert the charge
to your local currency; the final amount may vary slightly due to
exchange rates and any conversion fees charged by your bank.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are
processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an
order, you confirm that the payment and shipping details you provide
are accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion,
including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock
unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund
will be issued. Order cancellations, returns, replacements, and
refunds are governed by our
Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

4. International Orders, Customs & Duties

We currently ship to India as well as Canada, the United Kingdom,
France, Germany, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE. If you are
ordering from outside India:

• Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.
• These charges, if any, are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Clayfeast.
• Delivery timelines for international orders may be affected by customs processing and are outside our direct control.
• Please check your local import regulations before placing an order, as we are not responsible for items delayed or held by customs.

5. Nature of Handmade Products

Every Clayfeast product is shaped, dried, and fired by hand. This means:

• Minor variations in size, shape, glaze, and colour between pieces are normal and part of the handmade character of each item.
• Product images are for reference; the piece you receive may look slightly different due to its handmade nature.
• Please refer to individual product pages for specific care instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, and
designs — is the property of Clayfeast and is protected by applicable
copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use
our content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this Website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.

Clayfeast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or

products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability
for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid
for that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any
disputes arising from these terms or your use of this Website will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Patna, Bihar.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes
will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your
